BRONZE
We construct your home and include all “Mechanical Features” and the installation of drywall. Our customers then complete the interior & experience “Huge Savings”
SILVER
We consider this to be our “basic package” although our specifications well surpasses the standards of most Builders.
GOLD
Our specs are as close as we can get to custom finish without being “Silly” about it. Even though it's the most expensive package it is by far our most popular choice.

Protecting New Home Buyers - Every new home in Ontario is protected by a mandatory warranty that is provided by the builder and guaranteed by Tarion. Over the years we have continually received the Service Excellence rating for the Ontario new Home Warranty Program. Our builder registration number with Tarion is 10231 and you can view our building record to June 30, 2011 on the Tarion web site.
